What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor access control points to help manage entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities at the location.
Communicate and collaborate with site personnel to support a secure environment in an industrial and manufacturing setting.
Report any hazards, unusual situations, or security-related concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership as directed.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
