What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and maintaining a visible presence.
Monitor the location for any unusual or suspicious behaviors, reporting concerns according to established protocols.
Assist with controlling access to the premises, verifying the credentials of individuals entering the location as required by site procedures.
Document observations, incidents, and/or activities in written reports as directed by Allied Universal and client guidelines.
Collaborate with site personnel and/or first responders during emergency situations, following site-specific emergency response protocols.
Support the overall security-related operations of the manufacturing and food and beverage facility by maintaining awareness of the unique environment and its requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
