The Primary objective of this position is to assist the Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering Department to perform all engineering functions in accordance with the company procedures and applicable engineering standards.

Engineering Manager Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years' experience in construction engineering and or engineering design for projects of varying size, scope and alternative delivery methods

Possess professional Engineering license in the state of regional office

Must be proficient in the use of the selected software such as Plaxis, CivilTech, STAAD Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe

Bachelor's Degree - Engineering required, Masters Degree preferred.
