Job Description

Salary Range: $70-$100k

An Engineering Professional Services company is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO - someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, anticipates needs, and helps keep the company running with precision. The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in optimizing the CEO's time, communication, and priorities. This position requires impeccable discretion, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills. They will serve as the CEO's operational right hand - managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring key business initiatives move forward efficiently.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or business owner.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and act with discretion.

Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with a strong sense of professionalism.

Detail-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and project management tools.

Able to anticipate needs and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Experience in engineering, construction, or professional services preferred but not required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Experience as a Junior Executive Assistant
