Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a vital role in managing the financial transactions of the organization by processing 300-400 invoices weekly. This position requires expertise in performing a 3-way match with invoices, vendor maintenance, and managing the weekly check run.

Responsibilities

Process 300-400 invoices per week efficiently.

Perform a 3-way match with invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Conduct vendor maintenance to ensure up-to-date and accurate vendor records.

Manage the weekly check run to ensure timely payments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallastown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
