SAP Master Data Coordinator

Adecco Creative has partnered with a nutrition company to hire a Junior SAP Master Data Contractor.

Contract: 6 months, Temp to hire

Hybrid: Downers Grove, IL

Pay : $20-$25/hr

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Master Data Contractor to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across our SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support business operations and decision-making.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Create, maintain, and update master data records in SAP, including material masters, BOMs, routings.

Monitor and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and standards.

Support data governance initiatives by maintaining consistent processes, rules, and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, procurement, sales, IT) to resolve data issues and support business operations.

Perform regular data audits and cleansing to prevent errors, duplications, or discrepancies.

Assist with SAP-related projects, system enhancements, and testing as needed.

Provide training and support to end-users on master data processes and tools.

Generate reports and KPIs to track data quality and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Training:

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience directly in industry or equivalent

Experience Required:

SAP experience is preferred and/or related experience with other ERP platforms

Technical Requirements

Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4 and/or SAP Formula Management Module

Experience with SAP data migration tools such as LSMW is a plus

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
