Telehealth Nurse- (Hybrid - NC or TX)

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse for a hybrid opportunity supporting patients on specialty drug therapies. This role is ideal for compassionate, detail-oriented nurses who enjoy patient education, adherence counseling, and structured, process-driven work.

You'll play a critical role in improving patient outcomes by counseling, educating, and supporting individuals prescribed FDA-mandated REMS medications, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality documentation and follow-up.

Pay Rate: $ 40.00/hr

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST (or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM CST)

Location: Hybrid - In-office twice a week (Cary, NC or Fort Worth, TX)

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and educate new and existing patients on specialty and REMS medications, reading statements verbatim as required by FDA protocols.

Support adherence by scheduling refill deliveries, collecting copays, and reinforcing therapy compliance.

Discuss medication side effects, treatment expectations, and alternatives with patients and caregivers.

Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to appropriate authorities.

Maintain complete and compliant documentation following HIPAA and industry standards.

Collaborate with pharmacy support teams and providers to ensure accurate, timely drug delivery.

Maintain detailed patient demographic and medical records to support continuity of care.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Active RN license in North Carolina or Texas (in good standing).

At least 2 years of direct patient care experience.

Must live within one hour of either:

? Cary, NC or

? Fort Worth, TX 76177.

Comfortable working on the phone for 8 hours daily and repeating FDA-mandated counseling statements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes accurately.

Work Environment:

Hybrid schedule: In-office twice weekly (once meeting performance metrics).

Professional office setting, collaborating closely with pharmacy and clinical teams.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
