Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Facilities Design

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing design group in Northwest Ohio. This position focuses on facilities design, primarily utilizing Revit and TRANE/TRACE software. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities design, specifically within industrial and manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

Perform facilities design tasks, allocating 35% of work time.

Engage in drafting activities, dedicating 25% of work time.

Conduct plan and code reviews, comprising 40% of work time.

Manage projects and meetings, accounting for 10% of work time.

Participate in additional tasks as required, making up 15% of work time.

Required Skills

Minimum of 5 years of facilities design experience.

Proficiency in Revit and TRANE/TRACE software.

BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in mechanical, piping, and HVAC design.

PE licensure is strongly desired.

Experience specifically in industrial and manufacturing facilities design.

Work Environment

P.E. license or more than 10 years of industrial design experience may have the option to work remotely.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $57.69/hr.
