As an Associate on Humana's Media Optimization & Effectiveness team, you'll be at the forefront of designing and executing impactful media campaigns that drive real results. You'll collaborate across paid media channels, support campaign planning and reporting, and help ensure our investments are not only efficient and effective - but also innovative and future-focused.
Overview
As an Associate, you will support with planning, recommendations and implementation of paid media campaigns using a variety of media channels designed to increase product awareness, member/patient acquisition and consideration with key influencers.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to help plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of paid media campaigns.
Identify target audiences and channels, content and tactics and coordinate end-to-end media campaigns.
Develop and maintain budgets to oversee costs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
Support the agency relationship for given campaign, assisting with the development of briefs, providing feedback and translating outcome to business partners.
Proactively monitoring campaigns and recommending optimizations.
Support campaign reporting, and documentation with internal and external teams.
Help maintain media calendars and project timelines.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in media planning, buying, or campaign execution.
Working knowledge of paid media channels, including digital (social, search, display, video) or DRTV.
Experience with budget tracking, campaign KPIs, and performance reporting.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with media campaign workflows, including planning, execution, and optimization.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign delivery.
Preferred
Familiarity with media platforms and analytics tools (e.g. MRI, Comscore, Adobe, Google Analytics, etc).
Experience working at or with a media agency.
Exposure to strategic media planning and campaign briefing processes.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in or experience with healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
Ability to translate campaign performance into actionable insights for business partners.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$65,000 - $88,600 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
