As an Associate, BI within the Marketing Analytics team, you will play a key role in developing data solutions that uncover actionable insights into marketing performance. You'll support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools that surface trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and empower marketers to optimize strategies through data-driven decision-making
Role Responsibilities
You will focus on gathering and translating marketing stakeholder requirements into actionable data solutions. This individual will design and develop dashboards and visualizations that empower marketers to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators
Own reporting solutions end-to-end by delivering key insights through dashboards and serving as the go-to expert on the data and its business @context
Assist in data validation, cleansing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
Support the establishment and maintenance of data pipelines by collaborating with Data Engineering and IT teams, helping ensure data flows are reliable, well-documented, and aligned with reporting needs
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to ensure reporting meets stakeholder needs.
Document reporting logic and contribute to governance efforts.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on BI capabilities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Proven ability to troubleshoot data pipeline issues and proactively identify and resolve data quality problems to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely reporting.
Experience in data preparation tasks such as cleansing, validation, and transformation to support accurate reporting
Strong grasp of data governance principles, including documentation, version control, and meta data management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy standards
Exposure to marketing or operational reporting environments.
Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts.
Familiarity with DAX for creating calculated columns, measures, and custom logic within Power BI reports.
Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake
Experience with performance tracking and KPI development.
Work at Home Information
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$66,800 - $91,100 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
