We are looking for an experienced Feed Mill Manager to oversee our feed mill operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll manage daily production, ensure feed quality, supervise a team of mill operators, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. What Youll Do Oversee daily feed mill operations and production efficiency. Lead and support a team of mill operators. Manage inventory control and ensure accurate record-keeping. Maintain and monitor equipment, grinders, dryers, and facility upkeep. Ensure compliance with FDA, state, and federal regulations. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Report to senior leadership with regular updates and recommendations. Serve as a liaison between mill operations and other departments.

What Were Looking For BS/BA in Agribusiness (preferred not required) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years in feed manufacturing with leadership responsibilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and FDA regulations. Valid drivers license and insurable driving record. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Safety is our top priority. The Feed Mill Manager must be able to perform essential job functions such as climbing, lifting up to 50lbs, and working directly in the mills.
