What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to restricted areas at the location, verifying credentials and authorizations as required.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access procedures and site-specific protocols.
Carry out security-related procedures in line with site policies and collaborate with site personnel as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Document access control activities and security-related incidents according to site and Allied Universal standards.
Assist with emergency response activities, including coordinating with site personnel and first responders when appropriate.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
