Position Summary

The Proposal Support plays a key role in bridging data accuracy with proposal team support. This position manages the project database, ensuring all client and project records are current, complete, and consistent across platforms. They streamline data processes, maintain organized records, and provide hands-on assistance for proposals. In partnership with the Proposal Coordinator, they oversee timely and accurate service prequalification submissions, lead SSP qualification efforts, and keep our CRM systems consistent, accessible, and reliable-ensuring the proposal team has the resources they need to deliver accurate, high-impact submissions.

Position Details

Input, update, and maintain project and employee data in Unanet/CRM

Lead quarterly Asana dashboard data audits

Support service prequalification renewals, Vendor Requests, and documentation

Support proposal creation with updated templates, CC libraries, and resumes

Assist in tracking client services' impacts on data

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Marketing Analytics or Accounting preferred

Confident communicator with a data integrity mindset

Comfortable managing multiple platforms (CRM, Project Management Platforms, Microsoft Suite)

Experience supporting on a national level across multiple divisions is a plus

Corporate Data Collection & Implementation experience is a plus

Basic Programming knowledge is a plus (SQL, JavaScript)
