Job Description

Join our team as an Aircraft Mechanic at an authorized service center in Milan, IL, specializing in King Air, Hawker, Beechjet/Hawker 400XP, Phenom 100/300, Legacy 450/500, Premier 1/1A, and TBM. As a 145 repair station for Citation and Challenger 300/604/605, you will be responsible for testing, adjusting, and repairing airframe, engine, and component systems across various aircraft models.

Responsibilities

Assist in and learn high-quality inspections, servicing, and maintenance of aircraft and engine systems using proper tools and equipment.

Accurately order general components and parts, support turn-in and record of removed parts, and support delivery and record of received parts as directed.

Perform minor troubleshooting, function testing, and repair of aircraft and engine systems.

Prepare various documents for record-keeping purposes as required by company policies and FAA regulations.

Demonstrate proficiency in the work order system by completing discrepancies and corrective action statements.

Locate and use appropriate technical data for maintenance requirements and follow instructions to complete assigned tasks.

Support, maintain, and comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Essential Skills

2 years of experience, ideally with corporate aircraft experience but will also accept commercial aircraft MRO experience or GA experience.

A&P License.

Possess necessary tools (time will be given to collect them).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with GA, CRJ, and previous MRO is considered.

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Work Environment

Work primarily inside a temperature-controlled hangar with a small, growing team. Enjoy flexible shifts, including 3:00pm-11:30pm and 7:00am-3:30pm from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
