Robert Half's Legal Practice is looking for a skilled Legal Assistant to join a high performing Corporate Practice at a top law firm in Edina, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to Corporate Attorneys and Corporate deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.

Organize and maintain multiple calendars and schedules to ensure efficient time management.

Coordinate and prepare materials required for legal team meetings and client interactions.

Review, sort, and distribute both electronic and physical mail to appropriate recipients.

Manage and maintain legal files, both in hard copy and within the firm's document management system.

Perform general administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, and processing timesheets and expense reports.

Assist with entity formation tasks and related legal documentation as needed.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a legal assistant. Corporate legal assistant experience preferred.

Proficiency in managing calendars and legal document drafting.

Strong familiarity with document management systems and legal office procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Eagerness to learn and take on additional responsibilities, including paralegal tasks.

Comfort and proficiency with technology, including common office software.
