Human Resources Generalist III

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

? Partner with hiring managers and HRMs to identify staffing needs. Partner with Talent Acquisition on site to discuss qualified candidates.

? Coordinate orientation and onboarding processes.

? Partner with the business to ensure proper introduction to the Leadership teams and appropriate work groups.
Employee Relations

? Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

? Mediate workplace conflicts and support resolution strategies.

? Promote a culture of respect, safety, and continuous improvement.

? Partner with the business on attendance, performance or behavioral concerns on site.
Compliance & Policy Administration

? Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

? Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

? Support audits and reporting requirements related to HR and safety.

? Support workforce planning and succession strategies.

? Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports.
Performance Management

? Assist in implementing performance review discussions / processes.

? Support managers in setting goals and providing feedback.

? Identify training needs and coordinate development programs with Senior HR team.

Pay rate: 32-35/hr.
