Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

This floater position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. As a floater, you will assemble rack holders and provide assistance in various areas, particularly when staff is unavailable. This role offers a great entry-level opportunity to explore different areas and potentially progress to machine operating.

Responsibilities

Assemble rack holders efficiently and accurately.

Assist in various areas as needed, especially during staff shortages.

Gain exposure to different operational areas to determine preferred specialization.

Ensure quality and safety standards are met in all tasks.

Essential Skills

General production experience

Assembly skills

Basic machine operating knowledge

Mechanical aptitude

6 months of manufacturing experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with forklifts, painting, powder coating, sprayers, and racking is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
