CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking anAdministrative Assistant IIto join ourCorporate - Operations Teamat ourBethlehem, PAoffice.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

The Administrative Assistant II will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office. The professional in this role will manage various administrative tasks including providing phone coverage, distributing mail, preparing business correspondence, assisting with purchases, expenses, and travel arrangements, and arranging conference calls and meetings. Additionally, this individual will assist Project Managers with tasks such as professional license applications and license renewals, obtaining proposal numbers, and preparing project documents. The Administrative Assistant II will deal with moderate to highly complex administrative issues and support both managers and employees through these organizational tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma required

Minimum of 2 years of experience required

Proven administrative experience

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Solid time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook

SALARY RANGE:

$23.00 - $26.50

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
