Our client, a leader in manufacturing and engineering solutions, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department, supporting manufacturing operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a passion for continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to excellence and innovation.

Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location: Mebane, North Carolina

Pay Range: $45

What's the Job?

Design and enhance manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to optimize efficiency and quality

Support Floor-to-Floor (FTF) measurement and PPAP documentation to ensure compliance and quality standards

Collaborate with design teams to improve product manufacturability and streamline production workflows

Conduct engineering inspections and recommend process improvements based on data analysis

Manage small-scale projects, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and contribute to product development initiatives

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field

5-6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with a focus on process optimization

Strong skills in engineering design, development, and specification

Experience with project scheduling, costing, and budgeting

Familiarity with lean principles, change management tools, and CNC machining processes
