Our client, a leader in manufacturing solutions, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the production of innovative machinery, contributing to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $22-$27

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm (4 ten hour days) and Fridays 6am - noon is OT.

What's the Job?

Assemble machinery involving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components

Pull parts from inventory and prepare pre-assemblies for production

Build and assemble machines, skids, and packing units with precision

Follow detailed prints and instructions to ensure quality and accuracy

Perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments as needed

What's Needed?

Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly or similar roles

Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions

Proficiency with basic hand tools and some computer knowledge

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new machinery and processes
