What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Communicate professionally with all individuals entering or exiting the location, offering assistance as needed.
Support emergency response activities as directed, including notifying appropriate personnel and following emergency protocols.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter potential security-related issues within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
