We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today's mission and stay ahead of tomorrow's threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.
Raytheon's Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) department has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Global Ethics Office (GEO) Policy Compliance. The Manager will help support the implementation of the Ethics and Compliance program across the Raytheon business, serving more than 55,000 employees. The Manager will also partner with other GEO and GEC team members and stakeholders across the enterprise to support all aspects of the Ethics and Compliance program, including case management, engagement with Ethics & Compliance Officers, and development, enhancement and harmonization of process and other materials. Because Raytheon has business operations across the globe, awareness of international regulations in these areas is also important.
The GEO team is designed to be the proactive, education and mitigation arm of the broader GEC team, fostering Raytheon's commitment to acting with integrity by building an Ethics and Compliance program focused on empowering all employees to model the guiding principles and Values in the RTX Code of Conduct, promoting a Speak Up culture, and achieving business goals.
