Are you a seasoned mission systems operator looking for a meaningful work environment that supports and protects heroes? Join our team! As a Mission Systems Operator (MSO)/Airborne Mission Commander (AMC) III, you will be using your skills and expertise to support our overseas operational missions using Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles. You'll be responsible for operating our airborne sensor equipment, primarily RADAR and MX-15 technologies, to acquire, track, and monitor airborne, ground, and/or maritime objects of interest in routine and dynamic target area searches and performing pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties.

The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains - air, land, sea, space and cyber.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience

A higher-level degree may substitute for experience

Related experience, including military training, may be considered in lieu of required education

Progressive experience with CRM and Airmanship

1000 hours of flight time knowledge of ARC-231

Advanced knowledge of Small Secure Datalink (SSDL) radio functionality

Thorough understanding of RADAR Theory and MX15HDi camera technology

Experience with CRM and Airmanship

Experience with the practical application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices (FGOP)

Advanced knowledge Link-16, SATCOM(BLOS), and Small Secure Datalink (SSDL) radio functionality

Experience with MODE Air and ground operations

Experience operating and maintaining Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) systems, and updating their database

Experience with Tracking and Mapping software (TRAX, Cerberus, Orion, Torch, Sceptre)

Experience in the development of training programs, operational manuals, and materials (SOPs) for MSOs

Experience evaluating, providing feedback, and performance metrics of MSOs

Experience building work shifts and rotations for sensor operators to meet operational demands

U.S. Citizen

Valid Driver's License

Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as required

Must be willing to travel CONUS off rotation to perform Training, Medical, and Certification renewals

Ability to meet current DoD and Combatant Command restriction requirements for deployed locations

Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally

Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment

Willing to deploy OCONUS on an approximate 90/90 or 90/45 rotation

Current Active Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI and POLY eligibility is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

Maritime experience

Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military

Experience with Windows 10 Falcon View or Force Map technology

Prior experience as a CRM/ORM Instructor

SERE 150 training may be required

Experience with Multi-Level Aircraft Stacks utilizing ROZ & TEZ tactics, MEDEVAC/CSAR, Direct Action (DA) Raids, Air Warden, HAF/GAF, INFILs, Route/CIED Scans, laser procedures, Troops in Contact (TIC), and CAS stack TTP's
