What YOU will do
Oversee a team of Flight Coordinators responsible for resolving operational issues in a 24/7 operations center, ensuring seamless and responsive service delivery.
Collaborate with managers and staff across Flight Operations to define and implement best practices, procedures, and objectives that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate medium-term operational strategy for staffing, workload balance, and process improvements to meet future growth.
Manage the training and development of Flight Coordinators, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry and technology changes.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by verifying, coordinating, and resolving customer concerns with urgency and care.
Actively support employee career development through coaching, stretch assignments, and Individual Development Plans.
Provide on-call leadership support for the Flight Operations Center outside of normal business hours and manage the 24/7 team schedule.
Ensure all activities maintain legal and global trade compliance and contribute to continuous improvement through software and process enhancement initiatives.
Be onsite at the Annapolis Flight Operations Center at least 80% of the work week.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
FAA Dispatcher License and/or FAA Pilot License
Prior experience with international flight planning and filing procedures (CFMU, NAT, Middle East, Asia, etc.)

Prior Microsoft O365 experience
Prior experience with FAA delay mitigation tools.
Demonstrated leadership experience within a Flight Operations Center environment, ARINCDirect experience preferred
Demonstrated success implementing process improvements in a high-impact service environment
Prior customer service excellence and commitment to operational quality

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
