Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify an SEO Specialist (contract). In this role, you'll manage all search-related initiatives that drive qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase lead and meeting volume. This role is a hybrid in Austin, Tx.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a holistic SEO strategy aimed at increasing website traffic and driving lead generation across key digital channels.

Partner with the content team to ensure all web pages, blog posts, and landing pages are aligned with search intent and optimized for organic performance.

Optimize on-page SEO elements including page copy, metadata, internal linking structures, and schema markup to improve visibility and relevance in search results.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and content gap analysis to identify high-impact opportunities and inform content planning.

Monitor and enhance technical SEO performance, including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and redirect management, in collaboration with the web development team.

Lead link-building initiatives and authority-building efforts to strengthen domain reputation and improve search engine rankings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing integrated SEO and PPC campaigns across diverse platforms.

Demonstrated success in boosting organic search rankings, driving traffic, and generating high-quality leads.

Proficient in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and Hotjar for performance tracking and optimization.

Data-driven mindset with expertise in monitoring key performance metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, and Lead Volume.

Proficient copywriting capabilities, with a proven ability to craft compelling ad copy and conversion-focused landing page content.

Familiarity with Webflow or similar content management systems (CMS) is preferred.

Collaborative and communicative, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and web development teams.
