Responsibilities (list 5 to 8 major functions and accountabilities) Prepare and maintain documents and reports for the Galvanizing Manager and Quality Department. Guide others through document control procedures and workflows as needed. Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Provide general clerical duties, including but not limited to faxing, filing, and copying. Job Qualifications (list the minimum education, formal training, skills and experience required) Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical information and documentation. Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to meet deadlines efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency. Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions. Ability to handle and protect confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
