The Controller oversees all financial operations within the healthcare organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting, reporting, and budgeting functions. This role plays a key part in supporting executive leadership through data-driven financial insights and helps maintain fiscal health in alignment with healthcare regulations and best practices.

This is a fully onsite position

Salary: $105-130k/yr

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close processes.
Prepare, analyze, and present timely and accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with GAAP and healthcare industry standards.
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Oversee revenue cycle accounting functions, including patient billing, collections, and third-party reimbursement analysis.
Implement and monitor internal control policies to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
6+ years accounting experience with 3+ years experience in a managerial role
Prior healthcare experience highly preferred but not required

$105,000 - $130,000 a year
