Rosboro is seeking a full-time Mechanic! Come join a team that is

opportunity for growth and advancement. Compensation and Benefits -
\$32.81 - 39.05 per hour. - Medical insurance (100% company-paid for
full-time employee and family) - Dental, Vision, and Prescription

with company contribution. - Life Insurance (100% Company Paid) -
Employee Assistance Program (100% Company Paid) - Years of Service Bonus
for employees employed over 5 years. - Free Willamalane All-Access
Membership Qualifications: - Minimum of three years of recent experience
maintaining a large fleet of rolling stock, including fleet vehicles,
CAT loaders, and shovels. - To be available to work any shift and any
workweek schedule. - Experience diagnosing and repairing manual,
hydrostatic, and automatic transmissions is required. - Excellent
communication and documentation skills and to work safely with minimal
supervision, are essential. - Union Membership - To pass pre-employment
background screening - To pass drug tests - The successful candidate
must furnish their own tools The ideal candidate will have a thorough
understanding of mobile hydraulic, air, and electrical systems and be
proficient with gas, diesel, and LP gas engines. Experience Preferred: -
1 year Heavy Machinery Maintenance - 1 year Forklift Maintenance - 3
