Event Planning Support: Provide scalable event management strategies that facilitate audience engagement and ensure successful communication during events. Support employee events.
Comprehensive Communication Strategies: Develop communication plans that address the unique needs of the SMO, different Shipyards, workforce, and stakeholders to ensure a unified, but stratified, voice across the organizations. Inform, educate, and engage target audiences. Communicate progress and successes. Assist in launching communication plans into action.
