What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the facility to help to deter unwanted incidents.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
