Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute monthly social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Monitor, engage, and build relationships with audiences through native platform interaction.

Implement content strategies aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.

Track performance metrics, create monthly reports, and leverage insights to optimize content.

Manage online reputation by responding to customer reviews and ensuring consistent brand voice.

Coordinate monthly offers and marketing campaigns with sales managers.

Create visual assets and copy for digital campaigns and dealership promotions.

Oversee community relations initiatives, including:

Budget oversight

Event planning and execution

Collaboration with foundations and external vendors

Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed by management.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva; Adobe Creative Suite a plus).

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Passion for the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the BMW brand.

The (Hourly / Salary) Wage Range for this position is: $20.00 to $27.00/hour
