Start Date: Late October 2025

Hours:\~20 hours/week to start; ramping up December-March

Duration:Through March 2026, then project-based

Event Dates: January 21 - Houston, January 29 - Los Angeles, February 10-11 - Chicago

We\'re seeking a freelance Event Specialist to support a series of high-touch, invite-only events primarily internal and media-facing through Q1 2026. This is a logistics-heavy role focused on execution, coordination, and project management. No strategy, content, or production work, just operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Manage logistics for internal and external events (up to 4

concurrently)

Coordinate with security teams for hangar-based arrivals and guest

flow

Liaise with media contacts and high-level stakeholders

Handle all non-mainstage logistics: hotel sourcing and room blocks,

food & beverage ordering, transportation (shuttles, black car services)

Swag procurement, executive scheduling, registration and reporting,

lanyards, signage, and event materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing complex event logistics

Comfortable working with media lists and VIP stakeholders

Strong project management skills; highly organized and

detail-oriented

Available for required travel dates (see above).
