Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Experienced in SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

7 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Finance transformation.

Track record for navigating ambiguity, complex problems and stakeholder management.

Ability to navigate large datasets and pipelines, as well as join data sets in SQL and BigQuery to build complex workflows.

Strong business accounting acumen covering financial statements and journal entries as well as financial data systems architecture and controls.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex problems for influencing cross-functional teams and executives.

Excellent attention to detail, from written artifacts to data troubleshooting and reconciliation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Perform analysis of datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business.

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.

Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
