As a Security Officer - Aero/Defense Patrol in Appleton, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence will contribute to a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors, while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $17.17 / Hour

Mon07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Tue07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Wed07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Thur07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Fri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas within the aerospace and defense location.

Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or hazards to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.

Support emergency preparedness and response efforts as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate activity logs and incident reports as required by site and company guidelines.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
