Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our IT team. In this role, you will drive the evolution and optimization of FMG\'s data strategies along with providing advanced analytical support to various departments across the organization, ensuring the effective use of data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You will also mentor junior data scientists, lead analytical projects, and serve as a key escalation point for complex data-related issues. The Team You will be part of the \"Analytics & AI\" function within the IT area, with responsibilities for: Ensuring the prioritization, prototyping, and scalability of needs in Analytics, Data Science, and AI; Regulating the industrialization of use cases, the lifecycle of models, and end-to-end technological evolution; Ensuring that the development of solutions in Analytics and AI conforms to security and infrastructure constraints; Exploring and evolving solutions and methodologies in the fields of Analytics, AI, Optimization, and Advanced Visualization.
