Aston Carter is hiring a Construction Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Enter data from facility management into QuickBooks.

Generate, customize, oversee, and monitor invoices using QuickBooks.

Assist in the documentation and tracking of invoice submittal statuses using multiple online platforms.

Maintain multiple hard copy files and ensure proper statuses are being used.

Must Have:

Constructive Administrative Experience (Minimum 1 year)

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Quickbooks experience strongly preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
