Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist II on the project, you will:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Support resource planning, allocation, and performance management for project team members.

Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree

Prior experience collaborating with Federal Health stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.

3+ years of experience in project/product management or a related role.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment and working in a client-facing role

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with MS Dynamics products in Agile/Scrum environments.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QA certifications.
