Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Specialist II on the project, you will: + Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. + Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution. + Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. + Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. + Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. + Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. + Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership. + Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives. + Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. + Support resource planning, allocation, and performance management for project team members. + Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree + Prior experience collaborating with Federal Health stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery. + 3+ years of experience in project/product management or a related role. + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment and working in a client-facing role + Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Experience with MS Dynamics products in Agile/Scrum environments. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. + Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role. + Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred: + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. + Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QA certifications.
