Lockheed Martin Space in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking a

Electrical Engineer Intern for Summer 2026. In this role, you will develop solutions to technical problems of varying complexity, perform in a team environment and work under the general direction of a group lead. Individual directly supports activities involving the handling, assembly, disassembly, testing and repair of hardware, ordnance hardware and supporting equipment. You will be working with experienced engineers, researches, designs, develops, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including communications equipment and systems, circuitry components, analog and digital computers, and control and test equipment. You will work with a team of talent personnel and supervisor. Along with project leaders and other personnel in the section or group.

The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of reading schematic diagrams, applicable CAD and Simulation Tools, and circuit design or analysis.

This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications:

*Actively enrolled in an Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or other related degree program from accredited college/university

*Experience reading schematic diagrams or work experience with circuit design/analysis

*Experience with Applicable CAD and Simulation Tools

This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills:

-Exposure with electrical test engineering, test support and planning

-Classroom knowledge of RF Engineering courses

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Part-Time as assigned by leader
