Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technicians to join our dynamic team, working on the 2nd shift with a 15% shift differential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance within a growing Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) in the biotech industry.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols.

Proactively identify and report safety hazards and incidents.

Accurately complete GMP documentation and review basic records such as logbooks.

Assist in revising procedures under direct supervision.

Participate in investigations and support execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Contribute to small-scale continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform assigned production activities, ensuring all required training is completed and compliant prior to operations.

Apply basic problem-solving skills to identify abnormal results and escalate issues appropriately.

Demonstrate proficiency in designated process areas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level Chemistry degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

A biotechnology certificate or college degree is preferred.

Knowledge of basic laboratory instrumentation such as use of pH meter, UV instrumentation, and solution delivery systems (process skids).

Two plus years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

Current openings are available on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 15% shift differential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00/hr.
