This Senior Account Executive role is a full-time position working across our portfolio of clients based out of FINN's New York office.

I. Job Summary:

This position in the Finn Partners' Purpose & Social Impact team provides an opportunity to work on social impact and sustainability campaigns for major corporations, non-profits and global foundations and advance social good through integrated communications and marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong media relations background and experience?in the sustainability or CSR space.?As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a key member of our tight-knit, collaborative and highly motivated team engaged in a range of assignments spanning earned media relations, publicity-driven events and account management/reporting. You will be an active contributor to the quality work and earned media outcomes we generate daily for an array of clients.

Specific responsibilities will include intensive media pitching; securing consistent media coverage across a wide range of sustainability, business, environmental trade, consumer, and news publications; building and maintaining strong relationships with press and executive client contacts; developing assets (Press Releases, Pitches, Fact Sheets, Media Briefings, etc.) that will pique media interest; admin and reporting for clients and actively participating in team brainstorms and staff meetings. Senior Account Executive also will contribute to thought leadership strategy/ writing; new business presentations and assist with client management/counsel. You will come equipped with strong media contacts and proven track record securing national media placements; experience in client relations; excellent writing skills; and strong attention to detail.

II. Skills Required:

· Media relations?and proven ability to secure media placements.

· Excellent oral and written communications skills.

· Strong interpersonal and client service skills.

· Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment

· Ability to balance multiple clients and deadlines

· Solid understanding of CSR and broader sustainability landscape; develop opportunistic client storyline recommendations and communication strategy surrounding them
