Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working with Java.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience participating in multiple full system implementation life-cycles including analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support.
Experience in Supply Chain Logistics domain.
Experience implementing, customizing and integrating third-party applications.
Experience with SAP EWM, TMS, or S4.

You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/proto@types as input. You are empowered to act like an owner, take action and innovate to meet user and customer needs.
In this role, you will deliver intelligent supply chain solutions for Alphabet by designing, implementing, and operating critical global logistics systems with 24/7 operations around the globe. You will lead the modernization of data exchange from legacy EDI standards to REST API-based integration, leverage AI/ML for data-driven decision making and business process automation, implement material handling automation, and provide 24/7 on-call support in a constantly evolving logistics landscape.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop and deploy applications to align with business goals and create impact.
Partner with the ASCII Engineering Team and Business Teams to define and implement solutions that improve internal business processes.
Collaborate with analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Build internal solutions with custom UX and backend services that automate business processes.
Maintain the highest levels of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue identification and resolution.
