Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Geneva, OH. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
Performs various manufacturing duties within Operations, which may include, but are not limited to, calibration procedures, inventory control, and the creation of manufacturing procedures.
Applies a wide variety of manufacturing concepts and tools to meet overall business goals.
Works cross-functionally with Production Planning, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, and other key groups to provide administrative support as needed.
Performs daily cycle counts; researches discrepancies and makes adjustments in the system.
Creates and maintains manufacturing procedures.
Performs general office duties such as recordkeeping, copying, scanning, and filing for the manufacturing department.
Primarily works in a manufacturing environment, which may be noisy and fast-paced.

Pay: $17-$21/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Length: Temp (9-12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain or Operations Management.
Experience utilizing an ERP/MRP system.
Production planning experience.
Ability to present ideas in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, both orally and in writing.
Ability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in demand, product description, and material demands.
Ability to collaborate and involve others in decision-making and problem-solving.
Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to apply them to manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of demand-based manufacturing systems.
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Ability to learn new systems and concepts; willingness to cross-train in multiple manufacturing areas and take on new responsibilities.
