Behavior Technician - School Based - Farmingdale

Location: Farmingdale, NY (school based)

Hours: Hours vary based on school district

Compensation: $18-$24/hourly

Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with a Behavior Consultant clinical supervisor to collect data.

Respond to the goals, needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors, on an individualized basis and in a professional manner.?

Goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.?

Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding clients and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.?

And this background:

Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting.

Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.

Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind.

Bilingual is a plus.
