Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our international sales operations. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication with clients and dealers, while managing critical administrative tasks and data entry. Responsibilities:

Process and confirm international sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Perform extensive data entry tasks using NetSuite and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure workflows remain seamless.

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including maintaining organized documentation.

Communicate professionally with dealers and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Utilize Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques for reporting and tracking.

Ensure all processes meet high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Adapt to a structured Monday-Friday schedule and support team operations effectively.

Assist in streamlining sales processes and improving overall workflow efficiency. Requirements - Proficiency in NetSuite for order management and data entry.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with formulas and pivot tables.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or a related field.

Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions.

Ability to manage heavy data entry workloads with precision.

Prior experience in international sales or administrative support is preferred.
