Our client, an industry leader in construction and project management, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 5 to join their dynamic team. As a Construction Integration Manager 5, you will be an integral part of the project execution team supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers on-site.

Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.

Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.

Develop and execute production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to detect and address production problems.

Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel issues, ensuring a high-performance team environment.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in construction or production management.

Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and equipment maintenance.

Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing technical plans, blueprints, and models.
