Medical Assistant Job Analysis for TOOMS and Kyle Jones MD

HIRING IMMEDIATLEY !!!!

Lift 35 pounds without assistance

Willing and Able to work assigned hours that may be outside 8am-5 pm

Willing and Able to learn computer program for TOOMS.

Willing and Able to communicate with patients through verbal and email or telemedicine as needed.

Willing and Able to train for Drug and Alcohol testing and become certified after training. All training in house

Willing and Able to train for all TOOMS occupational testing.

Willing and Able to work assignments during office hours and after hours as per client protocols that can be on sight.

Willing and Able to perform physical demands by example during physical exams - ie: show proper body mechanics during specific exams.

Willing and Able to arrive on time and work hours assigned, flexible enough to accommodate TOOMS clients for on sight assignments.

Willing and Able to always maintain clean work area and assist with daily, weekly, monthly office cleaning and sanitation.

Willing and Able to be always respectful of any client and co-workers.

Willing and Able to use skills taught on the job to be detail oriented for each task.

13.

Willing and Able to always work under direction of the Provider.

14.

Willing and Able to be neatly groom and wear scrub @type clothing that is in good repair and clean, always keep a professional demeanor.

We are needing a Male medical Assistant that and prefer to be bilingual or use a translate via phone.

Along with the above specific needs, at times extra instructional activities may be required and will be taught inhouse at no cost to the employee. At any time, additional duties and request can be made and will be expected to fulfill the needs for clients of TOOMS and
