Experienced Legal Secretaries and Administrative Assistants Wanted for Dynamic Legal Firm

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist attorneys with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

Document Preparation: Draft, format, and review legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.

File Management: Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and efficiently.

Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering calls and emails, providing general information, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Research Assistance: Conduct basic legal research as needed, compiling information to support case preparation.

Court Filings: Assist with the preparation and filing of court documents, ensuring submissions meet deadlines and court requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other staff members to support case management and office operations.

Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client matters and sensitive information.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is beneficial.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, including document preparation and data entry.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capable of adapting to new software and technology.

Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
