We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer with a passion for innovation and growth in the building systems design industry. Responsibilities

Design electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and controls.

Perform calculations for equipment sizing, feeders, and branch circuits.

Generate equipment schedules and ensure compliance with relevant codes.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Support proposal development and participate in client meetings.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

4-5 years of experience in electrical design for building systems.

1-3 years as a Project Designer in Electrical Engineering for building power and lighting systems.

Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with 4-5 years of experience.

Working knowledge of NEC, CA Title 24, and building codes.

Experience in commercial, educational, multifamily, or data center projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in electrical design is preferred.

EIT (Engineer-in-Training) license preferred for designers.

PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred for project managers.

LEED AP or other sustainability certifications.

Experience with tools such as Arc Flash, EasyPower, SKM Power, Dynamo, and Bluebeam.

Exposure to HCAI/OSHPD projects and complex electrical systems.

Interest or background in AI is highly valued.

Experience in proposal writing and client interaction.

This is a Permanent position based out of San Bernardino, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
