Skills and Requirements

Business Operations (85%)

Manage contracts and invoicing processes

Edit and organize PDFs and digital documents

Track shipments and coordinate logistics

Book domestic and international travel arrangements

Maintain records and assist with QuickBooks (no payroll)

Personal Support (15%)

File paperwork and documents

Assist with insurance claims and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

Experience: Prior office management or administrative experience preferred

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and PDF editing tools

Personality: Energetic, enthusiastic, loyal, and personable

Commitment: Someone who values stability and is looking to grow with a small company
